Brian Chang Joins DART Insight and Communications Inc. as Senior Associate, Business Strategist, Operations Management & Visioneer

Toronto—John Wright (CEO – Insight) and Victoria Ollers (CEO – Communications) of DART Insight and Communications Inc. are pleased to announce that Brian Chang has joined the DART team as a Senior Associate.

With over two decades of experience in executing research across telephone, online, intercept/Face to face research methodologies, Brian’s expertise comes into play to help researchers achieve their goals. Brian has overseen over 10,000 research projects/programs. There hasn’t been a problem which he hasn’t encountered.

Brian launched into his career in marketing research after completing his economics degree from York University.  He started at Goldfarb Consultants (which was later acquired by Kantar) in their telephone research department and moved onto Ipsos Interactive Services (the online research department of Ipsos) where he held the role of Vice President of Operations. In 2013, Brian is a certified Project Management Professional having earned his PMP® designation from the Institute of Project Management. Upon leaving Ipsos, he pursued and completed an Executive MBA, a joint program from York University – Schulich School of Business and Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management with a focus in Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

In 2015, he founded his own research firm utilizing his entrepreneurial spirit and consultative approach. He specializes in executing the most difficult research programs. Using his proprietary Canadian online panel, state of the art online programming platform and maximizing his global partnerships he’s gained through his 20 years, has enabled Brian to conduct complex research programs on time and on budget for all his clients.
